📍 Saturday, March 6
We’ll meet in Venice, one of Europe’s best-connected cities, with plenty of low-cost flights from Spain and across Europe.
Many of you have probably visited Venice before… but it’s always worth another walk through its canals.
If it’s your first time, you’re going to love it.
We’ll spend a few hours exploring the city before collecting our rental cars in the afternoon.
That evening we’ll enjoy a traditional Italian welcome dinner at a local pizzeria before spending the night in Venice Mestre.
🏔️ Sunday, March 7
We’ll leave early in the morning for the beautiful mountain village of San Martino di Castrozza, about two hours from Venice.
Our accommodation consists of two fully-equipped apartments for five people each, located close to the slopes and featuring an indoor heated swimming pool—perfect for relaxing after a long day on the mountain.
🎿 Six Days of Skiing
Having rental cars gives us complete flexibility.
We’ll ski the resorts closest to our accommodation, but we’ll also aim to visit the three legendary Dolomite destinations whenever weather and snow conditions allow:

✅ Alta Badia
✅ Cortina d’Ampezzo
Every evening we’ll decide where to ski the following day based on snow quality and weather forecasts, allowing us to make the most of our time in the mountains.

🚗 Rental Car Security Deposit
For every SkiExpeditions trip that includes rental vehicles, we collect a €200 refundable security deposit per person.
This deposit covers shared vehicle-related expenses such as:
- Fuel
- Highway tolls
- Parking
- Minor damages (vehicles are insured)
- Possible traffic fines (hopefully none!)
Once the trip has finished and the rental company confirms there are no outstanding charges, the remaining balance will be fully refunded, minus any shared expenses incurred during the trip.

Payment Schedule
💳 €200 deposit to secure your place.
💳 50% of the remaining balance before February 1, 2027.
💳 Final balance before February 15, 2027.
Cancellation Policy
✅ 100% refund for cancellations made before February 1, 2027 (excluding any bank transfer fees).
❌ After this date, cancellation fees will apply to cover non-refundable bookings already made.

Do I need my own car?
No. We organize the rental cars and distribute everyone among the vehicles.
Can I join alone?
Absolutely. Most of our travelers come solo and quickly make new friends during the trip.
Do I need to be an expert skier?
No. Dolomiti Superski offers slopes for every level, from complete beginners to advanced riders.
Which ski resorts will we visit?
Our plan is to ski as many resorts as possible, including Val Gardena, Alta Badia, and Cortina d’Ampezzo, depending on snow and weather conditions.
Can I rent equipment there?
Yes. There are plenty of ski rental shops in every resort.
How do I get there?
Simply book a flight to Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE). From there, the adventure begins, and we’ll take care of everything else.
