Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Why are the trips so affordable?

Because we travel with common sense.
We share apartments, houses, and hotels to create a real group atmosphere, cook together, and have a great time. We rent cars and share them when needed, and in many destinations we give travelers the freedom to decide whether they want to ski for 3 days or for 7 days.

It’s not magic.
It’s about sharing, meeting like-minded people, and traveling with others who are passionate about travel and outdoor sports.

Required ski or snowboard level

No previous ski or snowboard experience is required. In fact, many travelers take advantage of the long time on the snow to learn from scratch or simply improve.

Advanced or expert skiers and riders can hire local guides for freeride, off-piste skiing, or more technical descents.
There are always ski and snowboard instructors available for all levels (we don’t manage them directly, but we’re happy to help).

In many resorts you’ll also find heli-skiing, sledding, paragliding, snowmobiles, and more. You won’t get bored.

Can my partner come if they don’t ski?

Of course.
We also do plenty of sightseeing, adventure activities, and food-focused experiences. That said, you should keep in mind that at least half of the trip takes place in the mountains.

Is the ski pass included?

It depends on the trip.
Some destinations include it, while others give travelers the option to choose how many days they want to ski.
This is always clearly specified in each trip description.

Is an international guide included?

Yes.
You will always have an international guide who speaks both Spanish and English, from the first day of the trip until the last.

Will I meet my group before the trip?

Yes.
About one month before departure, we create a WhatsApp group where we share important information, travelers’ flights, and answer any questions.

How many people are there in the groups?

A minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 20. This group size is ideal because it allows everyone to get to know each other and makes it easy to form smaller groups based on different skiing and snowboarding levels.

Payments and booking your spot

  • Initial reservation: €200 per person upon registration.
  • Once the trip is confirmed (minimum of 5 travelers), 50% of the total price must be paid.
  • The remaining 50% is due 45 days before departure.

Accommodation

What type of accommodation do we use?

We usually stay in apartments or houses close to the ski lifts, ideal for group trips and for cooking breakfasts and dinners together if we want.
Depending on the accommodation, you may get a double bed, bunk bed, or sofa bed.

In cities, we also use mid-range hotels.

Who will I share a room with?

Rooms are assigned based on age and gender, always aiming to keep everyone as comfortable as possible.
Keep in mind that ski resorts may have very large houses or quite small apartments, depending on the destination.
The main goal is always to ski and enjoy the experience.

Can I book a private room?

Our trips are generally designed for group travel, skiing, and meeting people, but if you prefer a private room for yourself, your partner, or a friend, just let us know when booking.
In most cases, it’s possible.

Ages

  • Travelers between 18 and 65 years old can join.

Can minors or travelers over 65 join?

Generally no, but you can always contact us by email or WhatsApp so we can review your specific case.

Meals

Are meals included?

Sometimes breakfast and dinner are included, but in most cases we stay in apartments or houses and everyone manages their own meals.
We can cook together, separately, or eat at local restaurants.

Can I bring food from my country?

Yes, absolutely.
If we’re staying in apartments or houses, it’s ideal, and there are usually supermarkets in all ski resorts.

Welcome dinner

There will be a welcome dinner at a local restaurant for all travelers who arrive on the first day of the trip.

Ski and snowboard equipment

Can I bring my own equipment?

Yes. In most trips, bringing your own gear is ideal.
In some destinations, such as India, renting locally is more practical due to frequent changes of location.

There are also countries where rental equipment is very affordable, such as Georgia, India, and China.

Can I rent ski or snowboard equipment during the trip?

Yes. You can rent ski or snowboard equipment without any problem at all the resorts.

Insurance

We include basic travel insurance.
If you plan to ski or snowboard, you’ll need a winter sports insurance policy. We recommend Intermundial Sports for its affordability and worldwide, year-round coverage.

Flights

When can I book my flights?

Once the trip reaches the minimum number of travelers (usually 5), it will be officially confirmed. You’ll receive an email letting you know it’s time to book your flights.

Can you help me book flights?

Yes, of course.
You’ll also receive information about other travelers’ flights in case you’d like to fly together.

Are flights included?

No.
Travelers come from different parts of the world, so everyone books their own flights. Reaching the starting city of the trip is usually very easy.

Airport pickup

Some trips include airport pickup.
In others, you’ll need to make your way to the hotel on the first day. This is usually straightforward, often just a taxi from the airport.
All details are clearly explained in each trip description.

Extra excursions

Many trips include excursions, but extra activities, adventure experiences, or additional ski days are not usually included.
Always check the trip description to see what’s included and what’s not.

Visas

Do you handle visas?

We don’t manage entry visas for countries.
If you’re Spanish or European, we can help guide you through the process.

Private group trips

Do we organize private group trips?
Yes, for groups of 5 or more people. Contact us by email or WhatsApp.

Cancellations

Is cancellation insurance included?

No.
Cancellation insurance must be arranged privately with your insurance provider.

Cancellation policy

  • Trips are confirmed with a minimum of 5 travelers.
  • Once confirmed, 50% of the total trip price must be paid.
  • The remaining 50% is due 45 days before departure.
  • If you cancel less than 45 days before the trip, you will lose 50% of the trip cost.

If you’re unsure whether you’ll be able to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance.
