If we feel like taking a break, the weather isn’t ideal, or we simply want a relaxing day, Andorra la Vella is only 15 minutes away by public transport. There you’ll find tax-free shopping, excellent restaurants, lively bars, and Caldea, one of Europe’s most famous thermal spa complexes.

✅ From January 2nd, cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Can I join the trip on my own?
Absolutely.
In fact, most of our travelers join solo and quickly become part of the group.
What skill level do I need?
Everyone is welcome.
Grandvalira offers terrain for beginners, intermediate riders and advanced skiers or snowboarders, so everyone can enjoy the trip at their own pace.
Is this trip for skiers or snowboarders?
Both.
Skiers and snowboarders of all levels are welcome.
Do I need a car?
No.
Once you’re in Encamp, you can easily reach the slopes using the Funicamp gondola or public transportation.
If you come by car, you’ll also have the flexibility to explore other parts of Andorra.
Can I rent equipment?
Yes.
There are plenty of rental shops in Encamp and throughout Grandvalira offering modern skis, snowboards, boots and helmets.
Do I need ski insurance?
Yes.
Ski or snowboard insurance is mandatory for anyone participating in snow sports during the trip.
Where will we stay?
We’ll stay in two shared apartments in Encamp, accommodating up to five people each.
The apartments are only 10 minutes from the Funicamp gondola, providing quick and easy access to Grandvalira.
Is breakfast included?
Yes.
Breakfast is included every morning before heading to the slopes.
What happens if the weather is bad?
No problem.
Andorra offers plenty of alternatives besides skiing.
You can visit Andorra la Vella, enjoy tax-free shopping, discover local restaurants or relax at Caldea, one of Europe’s most famous thermal spas.
Are there supermarkets nearby?
Yes.
There are supermarkets, bakeries and convenience stores within walking distance of the apartments.
How do I get to Andorra?
You can arrive by car, share a ride with other travelers or take one of the regular buses connecting Andorra with Barcelona, Lleida, Tarragona and other nearby cities.
